Gift Guide: For the aspiring and stylish Photographer in your life

I sat down to write a list of the things I cherish most in my camera bag.
The truth is, I could geek out over cameras and accessories all day.
The following list are the things I actually use, and personally recommend.

Who’s the fairest of them all?
I am OBSESSED with my Fujifilm X-T2.
It’s light and super portable. It delivers AMAZING images.
I can’t recommend this camera enough.
If you’ve got the budget, gift THIS.

Backpack from Atlas Supply Co. I treated myself to this bag about 6 months ago, and I LOVE it. It holds a camera in the bottom compartment, my laptop, and my purse organizer (see below!). It is cute, my gear feels protective, and supports my back.

Accessories and Organization: two of my favorite things.
I switch bags all the time. I need my drives, memory cards, and other tech items on my person. I felt a little embarassed when I ordered this “purse organizer” but it has been a LIFESAVER. Not only does it hold a whole heck of a lot, I can easily see everything and access it.
Stocking stuffer for sure.

I upgraded to this Pelican case recently because my backpack was just getting too heavy, and I wanted something I could take on a plane. This is carry-on friendly and will keep your cameras safe.

True story, my hard drive crashed last year and I spent over $1000 getting it restored. I will NOT make that mistake again. I’ve switched up my system using (2) of these g-drives for all my file storage. Now everything is backed up twice. These were personally recommended at Adorama, and I’ve been really pleased with them.

This tripod is everything. It’s sturdy, I feel safe mounting my heavy Canon and my heavy lenses. It has an arm attachment that bends to 90 degrees, making flat lays a breeze. *I also recommend getting a sandbag or two to go with this item.

Last but not least, another stocking stuffer. I love my Amazon wireless remote and I’ve had it for years. I recommend for bloggers and influencers who don’t always have a photographer at the ready. Selfies are a breeze. Bonus, I love using this at events and parties, when I setup a “photobooth”.
